McD Yong Peng Now Open!

Started construction in 2023… now McDonald’s Yong Peng officially opened on 2 December 2025.

This is the first McDonald’s to open in the eastern part of Batu Pahat district which is also the first in Yong Peng.

For McDonald’s fans in Yong Peng or the eastern part of Batu Pahat district… from now on… they don’t have to go far to Penggaram City (Batu Pahat City Center) or Segamat Town to enjoy burgers, fried chicken & many other delicious dishes at McDonald’s.

Of course this is something that McDonald’s fans in Yong Peng or the eastern part of Batu Pahat district have been looking forward to because McDonald’s has finally officially opened their first branch in the Yong Peng area.

Anyway… this blogger would like to welcome McDonald’s… “Welcome to Yong Peng…” and to McDonald’s fans who live in Yong Peng or the eastern part of Batu Pahat district… “Enjoy Your Meals!…” 😎

Let’s McDonald’s Yong Peng ! …

For McDonald’s fans in Yong Peng or eastern part of district of Batu Pahat... there is good news for you... after this... you do not have to go far to Penggaram City (Batu Pahat City Center) or Segamat Town to enjoy delicious burger, fried chicken & many more dishes at McDonald's because at the time this blogpost was being typed... renovation work and construction of a McDonald’s drive-thru premise was running in Yong Peng.

Of course this is something that McDonald’s fans in Yong Peng or eastern part of district of Batu Pahat area are waiting for because eventually McDonald’s will open their first branch in the Yong Peng area.

The entry of McDonald’s in the Yong Peng area has attracted the attention of McDonald’s fans in the Yong Peng or eastern part of district of Batu Pahat area through several websites, blogs, social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media sites) and many more.

As usual in the expectations of the author of this blog... the first day of the opening of the first branch of the McDonald’s restaurant in the Yong Peng area will be filled with many McDonald’s fans from Yong Peng or eastern part of district of Batu Pahat area who once enjoyed a meal from McDonald’s.

So... a message from the author of this blog to McDonald’s fans in Yong Peng or eastern part of district of Batu Pahat area who do not want to queue long and crowded in the first McDonald’s outlet in Yong Peng area... avoid going on the first day of opening... wait a few days, a few weeks or a few months after the first day of opening.

Are Senggarang Ready For KFC?...

At the time this blogpost was being typed... there were rumors stating that KFC would enter and set foot in Senggarang.

As one of the important towns or small towns in the Batu Pahat district... in the opinion of the authors of this blog... Senggarang has the potential to establish a branch of KFC fast food restaurant. Other towns or small towns in Batu Pahat district besides Batu Pahat (Penggaram) which have KFC fast food restaurant branches are Yong Peng, Parit Raja, Rengit, Ayer Hitam & Parit Sulong. Benut town, whose urban size is the same as Senggarang, already had a KFC fast food restaurant branch... so it is suitable for Senggarang to have a KFC fast food restaurant branch.

Anyway... the author of this blog hopes that this matter can become real one day in the future.

However... is Senggarang ready for KFC? "FINGER LICKIN GOOD!" hehehe....

At the time this blogpost was being typed... Yong Peng only had a few fast food restaurants like Kentucky Fried Chicken or the acronym commonly referred to as KFC and Pizza Hut.

The author of this blog is not so sure how long KFC Yong Peng has been operating but what is certain is that KFC Yong Peng is older than KFC Rengit & KFC Parit Raja because in this Batu Pahat district... Yong Peng town became the second location for the opening of KFC restaurant branch after Batu Pahat city (Penggaram).

Going back to the main topic of this blogpost... Yong Peng is a town that has the potential to have the next McDonald's restaurant branch in the district.

In Batu Pahat district... there are two towns that already have McDonald's restaurant branches, namely Batu Pahat (Penggaram) and Parit Raja. Therefore... in the opinion of the author of this blog... if McDonald's restaurants want to open their new branch in this district other than Batu Pahat (Penggaram) and Parit Raja town in the future... Yong Peng town is a consideration which is good in terms of the population and development available in the town.

However... is Yong Peng ready for McDonald's or a popular abbreviation by Malaysians as McD? "I'M LOVING IT!" hehehe....
