Let’s McDonald’s Yong Peng ! …

For McDonald’s fans in Yong Peng or eastern part of district of Batu Pahat... there is good news for you... after this... you do not have to go far to Penggaram City (Batu Pahat City Center) or Segamat Town to enjoy delicious burger, fried chicken & many more dishes at McDonald's because at the time this blogpost was being typed... renovation work and construction of a McDonald’s drive-thru premise was running in Yong Peng.

Of course this is something that McDonald’s fans in Yong Peng or eastern part of district of Batu Pahat area are waiting for because eventually McDonald’s will open their first branch in the Yong Peng area.

The entry of McDonald’s in the Yong Peng area has attracted the attention of McDonald’s fans in the Yong Peng or eastern part of district of Batu Pahat area through several websites, blogs, social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media sites) and many more.

As usual in the expectations of the author of this blog... the first day of the opening of the first branch of the McDonald’s restaurant in the Yong Peng area will be filled with many McDonald’s fans from Yong Peng or eastern part of district of Batu Pahat area who once enjoyed a meal from McDonald’s.

So... a message from the author of this blog to McDonald’s fans in Yong Peng or eastern part of district of Batu Pahat area who do not want to queue long and crowded in the first McDonald’s outlet in Yong Peng area... avoid going on the first day of opening... wait a few days, a few weeks or a few months after the first day of opening.

Is It Time For BP Sentral?...

At the time this blogpost was being typed... the state of Johor only have 2 public land transport terminals as "Sentral", namely Larkin Sentral and JB Sentral.

As the second largest city in the state of Johor after Johor Bahru... in the opinion of the author of this blog... Batu Pahat have the potential for the existence of a "sentral" public land transport terminal or upgrade the existing public land transport terminal in Batu Pahat (Penggaram) to a "sentral" public land transport terminal named "BP Sentral".

The sentral meaning here is not only as a larger and more modern public land transport terminal but also the number of public land transport routes such as buses are enhanced and amplified.

The proposed "BP Sentral" can boost the local economy, encourage the use of public transport among the residents of Batu Pahat district.

May this matter become a reality in the future.

In the Batu Pahat district... only the city of Batu Pahat (Penggaram) have a cinema for movie fans of Batu Pahat district to watch their favorite movies.

At the time this blogpost was being typed... Batu Pahat city (Penggaram) have 2 cinema operating companies namely MBO Cinemas located in Square One mall and another is Paragon Cinemas located in Batu Pahat Mall mall (better known by locals in this district as BP Mall).

If there are cinema operating companies that are interested in settling in other towns besides Batu Pahat (Penggaram) in this district... the towns that are seen as potential in the opinion of the authors of this blog are Yong Peng, Parit Raja & Rengit.

In the opinion of the author of this blog... Yong Peng as the second largest town in this district after the city of Batu Pahat... have the potential to establish a cinema in the town of Yong Peng.

The author of this blog hopes that this matter will become real one day in the future.

Is Yong Peng ready for cinema?...

In the Batu Pahat district... only the city of Batu Pahat (Penggaram) have a cinema for movie fans of Batu Pahat district to watch their favorite movies.

At the time this blogpost was being typed... not a single TGV Cinema branch was in this district. For a handful of movie fans in cinemas... the TGV Cinema brand can be considered as a great brand in the country's cinema industry.

At the time this blogpost was being typed... only 2 districts have TGV Cinema branches in the state of Johor, namely Johor Bahru district (including Iskandar Puteri in Bukit Indah) and Kulai district.

Given that the population and urbanization in Batu Pahat district is the second largest in the state of Johor after Johor Bahru district (including Iskandar Puteri in Bukit Indah)... the author of this blog thinks that Batu Pahat district have the potential for TGV Cinema to be established in this district. Furthermore... Kulai district whose population and urbanization is smaller than Batu Pahat district already have a branch of TGV Cinema.

Anyway... the author of this blog hopes this will become real one day in the future.

Is the Batu Pahat district ready for TGV Cinema?...

Pullman is one of the world's leading hotel chain brands... at the time this blogpost was being typed... among the stellar hotels in Batu Pahat (Penggaram) are The Katerina Hotel, The PineTree Hotel, The Summit Signature Hotel, The Pelican Hotel , The Landmark Hotel & The Silver Inn. Batu Pahat City (Penggaram) does not yet have a branch of Pullman Hotel and in fact the second largest city in Malaysia after Kuala Lumpur which is the cosmopolitan city of Johor Bahru (Tanjung Puteri) also does not have a branch of Pullman Hotel.

At the time this blogpost was being typed... the Pullman hotel chain in Malaysia is only available in 3 cities namely Kuala Lumpur, Kuching & Miri.

If you look at the size of urbanization of Miri city and Kuching city which has a branch of Pullman Hotel ... in the opinion of the author of this blog... cosmopolitan city of Johor Bahru (Tanjung Puteri) and metropolitan city of Batu Pahat (Penggaram) have the potential to establish this Pullman Hotel .

Anyway... the author of this blog hopes that this matter can become real one day in the future.

The question now is... is Batu Pahat ready for Pullman Hotel?...
